This.... im in Raleigh but I go to Charlotte once a year. Charlotte is a beautiful place, lots of black people, lots things constantly being built. The city is constantly growing but still has that country feel to it. I feel like the black people could here make it ours if we wanted. Never been to dallas. But id image it would offer a similar experiance maybe a slightly more diverse one.I've lived in both.
During the Day: Charlotte
At night: Dallas
For Jobs and growth: Both are actually really good
Black population: You would be surprised how many black people live in Charlotte.
Dallas has no state tax
Groceries cost far less in Charlotte.
I'm going to retire in Charlotte if that means anything
