I'm gonna lay low for a few days and see what else I can gather. Maybe it's a bytch move because I already have enough evidence to prove to myself that she's been cheating but I really need something more so I can send to their HR and to his wife. His wife might choose to stay with him but if I get something big enough, I can at least get him fired from his job. Not to mention that I could potentially have a lawsuit against the company. Text messages and time stamps isn't enough for me to make that happen. Calling him is gonna be useless right now. He's married so he probably won't even answer. Even if he does, he's going to say that it was work related and that I'm overreacting.

They are going to suffer. You are going to ruin his marriage and shyt gonna be hard for him. Your wife is gonna suffer too, you are kicking her to the curb, life without you is not going to be easy for her and you know that. Don't make those kids suffer more than they have to. When children are involved you gotta handle things differently. I know you are hurting badly right now and I think you should do what @MeachTheMonster said and collect yourself before you make any rash decisions.

You gotta remember dude has kids, so he needs that job to care for them. The same with your wack ass wife, I'm sure she contributes a bit to household funds. Also, let say you get custody of the children, she is gonna need a job to pay you child support. Or let say she gets custody, you will not have to pay as much if she has a job. I think telling his wife that they are having an affair and confronting her with your proof is enough to fukk them both up. I won't fukk up my money. I make more than her especially being a disabled vet and I'm willing to bet that I will probably pay equal or less in child support once we separate. I don't even care about the money at this point its just the principle how she can smile in my face and make plans about the future while spending more time at work with her boss than she is with me.
