Some of it was funny, I must admit, but the rest was cringeworthy.

The problem with a lot of what he was saying, was what type of viable business does he expect people to set up to be a "boss"? A cookie store? Own a restaurant? OK, but what about those with STEM degrees, who want to be doctors? Who want to be in a career where setting up your own business isn't always viable. Instead he is aiming for the low hanging fruit of careers just to not call someone "boss".

If he at least directed the youth to get their education first, that would have gone a lot further. I am sure that if Dame has his books audited his financial advice would be laughed to the hills.
