I'm not going to argue what is smart or what is not, but Dame was right about one point, if you're not the one putting up the money then you aren't the boss. You're just the supervisor. But you don't actually run the shyt. Whoever gave you the money might let you do whatever because they have trust in your skill or expertise or whatever, but if you wanna do some shyt they don't like, they're not going to let you. But if they wanna do some shyt YOU don't like, you're not going to be able to do shyt about it. Everything IS simple, but people try to make it more complex.
I'm not saying an employer is better than an employee or vice versa, I'm just defining who is a boss and who isn't, and I feel like you should want to be a boss. Not saying that defines you as a man, but it probably does define you on that alpha/beta scale everybody on here likes so much.
