They will only toss you out if you are not delivering, if you actually deliver and they still want to toss you out someone else will hire you.
If you don't deliver and get tossed out you would have nothing to show for it, if you don't deliver your company goes bankrupt, which is the same thing.
The difference is that if you do go bankrupt, you will lose all the money you invested and if your shyt was financed by a private bank loan, then the bank will be your boss.
There's good things and bad things.
However its very tasteless, ignorant and disrespectful to shyt on the idea of working.
How the fukk can a man who run companies shyt on employees, it doesn't make sense.
