If you get a mortgage and you're worth a couple of millions, you can essentially get your house for "free". You let the interest your money generates pay for the house over the 15-30 year period. The problem is these dumb nikkas constantly decrease the total amount of the principal, so they're spending more and more money every year, and generating less and less capital from the interest on it.
Basically why buy a $1 million home in straight cash, if that $1 million can pay for it over 30 years.
