How could he erase Dame’s contribution when Dame keeps doing interviews about it?

It’s literally the only thing the public at large knows him for. Like Ringo saying Paul McCartney is trying to erase The Beatles cuz Paul kept going for 40 more years.

Although, in fairness to Ringo, he actually had a talent and wasn’t just a suit who needed to play the background.

On the one hand he’s spreading rumors about Jay, why he can’t never fukk with them, and on. Then next day he’s looking desperate for their attention and this and that.

Right. It's not like Dame gave his side of the story years ago and never addressed it again. Dame literally goes on a multiple interview run every year and every year it's about Jay Z or Aaliyah.

I would never speak to or about Dame again after some of the shyt he's insinuated over the years, if it was me.

Dame holding onto the RD ownership keeps him in the Roc history. Jay to this day must feel a way about not owning the full rights to his first and arguably his best album. No celebrations of it's anniversary no re-releases all because he doesn't want Dame to benefit at all from it. Shame because I would love the vinyl to be pressed again

Dame lowkey reminds me of Jamie Foxx when he tells the same exact stories from the past in every other interview.

But at least Jamie's stories are funny and compelling.
