Always been a huge fan of Dame and his knowledge. He always amazes me how much knowledge he has on such a wide range of topics. A few things that really irk me now:
Dame constantly talks down to those people who work for a Company, in my opinion that's RETARDED. Dame's the type that will talk shyt about the CEO of Apple because he doesn't own the company, but will say he respects himself because he owns his own lemonade stand. Like the way he was talking to Sway, asking why he doesn't own his own radio station, and why he's working for Sirius XM. To me that's plain STUPID. The companies who own stations are HUGE Conglomerates, you mean to tell me Sway would be better off owning his own station which would probably get play through only Youtube?
Dame says his Poppington site is like a NETFLIX, let's be real he's not even at the level of a WSHH, so let's not even go there.
My point is, at certain times it's more beneficial to work FOR someone rather than being your own boss. Dame can say it all he wants, but when he was working alongside Universal for Roc-A-Fella and the big clothing companies for Rocawear, he was doing far better for himself. Yes, he didn't own 100% of his own company, but even owning 50% was getting him far more returns than owning 100% of his current line CEO which is unheard of. Same thing with his new Spirits company. I heard he has his own Wine company, but I've never heard of it or seen it. But back when he had Armadale in partnership, it was still a Brand you would see
