50 always adamantly said that Ja got robbed and accused him of being affiliated with the nikkas who robbed him. And that’s what started the whole beef. It more than likely wasnt the reason the beef started but its very possible that THIS is the robbery 50 was talkin bout and he always fronted like he aint have shyt to do wit it.
I'm not sure what point you're attempting to make here? How is anything in your post relevant to the OP or my posts? What's being questioned here is Dame Grease saying that 50 had brought Ja's chain to a recording session for Nastradamus. Literally no one is discussing/debating the motivations behind the beef.

NO! The deponent in that document is the cops, specifically, the deponent is Detective William P Fittzgerald. That is his affidavit of events which the judge then used to make her decision regarding the order of protection. You can easily verify this by looking at the bottom of the page and seeing the word deponent under his signature. In conclusion, this means that 50 did indeed talk to the police.

You know that's not even how the system works

The cop made an affadavit to have 50 protected and there's no statement signed by 50 .

I'm not following? Why is 50's signature required here? You are not seriously insinuating that the Detective is lying in the document, are you?

Look, the document states the following:

1) The individual who is deposing is William P Fittzgerald, the Detective on the case.
2) Deponent is informed by Mr. Jackson that informant observed defendant Gil(Black Child) stab Mr. Rondeau(Dj gis) in the chest.
3) Deponent is further informed by Mr. Jackson that as a result of the above described conduct, informant suffered lacerations and stabs to the back requiring stitches.

These 3 statements, taking together, clearly indicate to me that 50 cent made statements to the police regarding what he saw and experienced the night of his assault at the hit factory. For some reason you disagree, and i'm not following why? The document is very explicit and precise in what its conveying.

Because you said it was used for some sort of protection for 50. Their would be some signed depo or statement signed by 50 for that to happen. I'm nit picking that part , not saying 50 didn't mention something to a detective off the record

I think you may be confusing a restraining order with an Order of protection. But yes, I did say the Judge made her decision to issue the order of protection based on the information in those docs. Read the following passage below:

"A criminal court order of protection is issued as a condition of a defendant’s release and/or bail in a criminal case. A criminal case usually begins with a person’s arrest. The person charged with abuse is called a “defendant.” The victim of abuse is called the “complaining witness.” A criminal court order of protection may only be issued against a person who has been charged with a crime...The judge decides whether to issue the order of protection and what terms and conditions will be included in the order."

As you can see, the Judge doesn't need a request from the victim to assign an order of protection in a criminal court case. Interestingly enough, the Beef DVD made a similar point about the order of protection being court procedure too.
