I’m confused as to why everyone here is mad

Is it because the sick and flabby association has a profound respect for Chauncey Billups since they watched him back in the day?

I would rather play with Ben Simmons than CJ on the team

I feel the owner of any team would have the final decision in whether to give that much money to a guy that's not an elite player.

We're seeing a similar situation right now in Phoenix where I'm sure that James Jones would have paid Ayton the max in the offseason, but Sarver is the one insisting otherwise.

What is there to be mad about or are you just dap fishing with that comment :mjlol:

Billups should have never taken the job in the first place and is obviously in over his head as he's always complaining and griping about the players after almost every game. It's a quick way for players to tune out. You can ask Penny about that if you don't believe me.

He literally should have just stuck to FO positions in which he easily could have gotten and wouldn't be as much under a microscope as he is now with a moody, emotional superstar player under him.

Billups too much of a prick to be a successful HC in the modern NBA

literally everyone on the first page is calling Dame mad annoying and saying that they feel sorry for Chauncey… what do I have to dap fish for ? :gucci:

if he keeps calling out the roster after every game then how does that result into calling Dame moody :gucci:

I just want to know why people want to fault Dame’s frustrations and bytching at the fact that he wants Trail Blazers to make a move for any type of improvement :gucci:

Turned down a cushy front office rebuild job to be in a stressed out soon-to-be rebuild coaching job brehs

y’all look silly when saying this, because you’re looking at it from the lens of a regular guy whether it makes sense or not

it’s obvious he wanted to be a coach, not a front office person

Steve Kerr was a gm and chose to be a coach

the point is when you already got millions in the bank, you can pursue what you want to pursue

That still doesn't equate to people being mad about the situation :mjlol:

All offseason long, Dame publicly bytched and complained about the roster being good enough and then pulled a 180 trying to blame us for trying to create dissension between him, the organization and his teammates when he contributed to those issues as well.

THIS TRADE SHOULD
HAVE HAPPENED IN THE OFFSEASON.

BRINGING THE SAME TEAM BACK
AFTER DAME WANTED MOVES
MADE OVER THE SUMMER WAS
A SLAP IN THE FACE.

Blame Olshey for that one, which is why they got him out there.

Even then, they are/were screwed anyways as they can't trade those all those expiring contracts and get some return without attaching Simons to the deal to entice teams, but Philly would more than likely ask for him in any deal involving Simmons.

They'd likely be better off just giving Philly picks/swaps instead of Simons so they can use him as an asset elsewhere.
