I don't understand how this happens. I'm not condoning Amazon at all, but why not bring you a half or one gallon jug around with Gatorade & water mix if it's that hot?

Don't know but Amazon has a shyt ton of these videos. He technically doesn't work for Amazon. Amazon drivers are 1099 contractors that work for a delivery service provider that is supplied vehicles from Amazon. You can get fired multiple times and just reapply at another DSP since they have so many and they don't care.

The problem is when you have to piss and nowhere to piss especially if you are in the city.
You have to make a certain amount of deliveries an hour.

I'm not gonna say someone's work ethic is bad if they don't want to do one of the worst jobs imaginable (Amazon in any capacity).
Post office is easier and you get fed benefits. There are WFH customer service jobs where you can eat off overtime. There are state jobs for all types of shyt, including social work, that don't require a degree. And of course there are trade jobs you can train for, and IT. Lots of options better than working at Amazon. If you can't or don't want to do any of that, THEN I'll question you're work ethic.

Only good thing about Amazon is they hardly have heavy packages. They have those small light weight packages but they have to deliver like 300 plus packages.

UPS has the worst trucks. I worked at the customer service counter in 2007 and some older breh wanted me to drive trucks but I was like hell nah. I had to go inside of them after they came back from deliveries to get packages customers wanted to pick up that evening before closing and them shyts were hot as fukk inside.
Worked at the USPS plant and thought about going to work as a delivery driver but found out new folks got the shyttiest route plus you had to do a ton of walking and I wasn't rocking with that.

What's funny though is my Coworker got a kid who dropped out his last semester of engineering. A & B student. He working as a UPS driver right now. I'm not calling ole boy in the OP soft, but some folks really are built

They’re not 1099 workers. They are wage employers for the companies that Amazon outsources with. They give drivers access to the app that’s used to make deliveries. And basically, if Amazon kicks you out of the app for whatever reason you can’t drive. And if that DSP doesn’t have good drivers and doesn’t make its quota consistently, Amazon won’t give them as many routes.
amazon drivers by me piss me the fukk off. My house has the garage at the back. Instead of dropping packages at the front door, these lazy asses drop it at the garage. Half the time they drop it at the wrong one.
