Battling cancer is just as mental as it is physical... Just when you think you're out of the woods, that shyt takes you right back. I've seen so many instances of people feeling upbeat after initial treatments, thinking they won. Then it just comes back out of nowhere.

Cancer was fukking with him something awful.
He was first diagnosed in 2007, he beat it... It came back in 2011, he beat it again...
Then the final straw was in 2013
That's the thing with cancer, when it does come back it's usually more aggressive. There is almost nothing you can do about it, just fight and prolong your time here.Battling cancer is just as mental as it is physical... Exactly what I was thinking. This is terrible news because I was looking forward to Sager on the sideline for the playoffs, he's just a fixture of playoff basketball to me.
Thoughts and prayers to Craig and the Sager family, I'm hopeful though, because if he beat it once he can do it again.
