it's called division of labor. would you do a medical checkup on yourself or perform surgery? how about grow all your own food and build and renovate your house? everyone pays someone else do the things they don't have the time or skills to do themselves, but you still have to check their work. so either dame was not checking on what this guy was doing or he's look for a scapegoat.

Its been a bad year for Blacks in entertainment at the hands of Jewish businessmen. Hip hop failed at creating employment opportunities for Blacks across the spectrum. Everybody hire their own, but we need to run to these guys to be our lawyers, brokers and distributors. Nothing wrong with getting a Jewish lawyer, but don't be acting like he's gonna be 100% authentic just because he's Jewish. You get the best person for the job, ESPECIALLY when your money is involved.

Accountants can be pretty damn expensive, but if you're an athlete or entertainer you gotta find someone who is reputable. Don't just walk into some random white dude's office and hand him a duffle bag like Scarface brehs. You better do your research and more importantly WATCH that dude quarterly.

This is why I'm surprised there aren't more black business guys in rap. There's such an opening to help teach these street dudes how to take care of their money...

If you are reckless with your money, you'll lose it no matter what type of money it is. It's not about black people, it's about entertainers, hood rich people, uneducated people, surroundings and on, no matter what color you are.

^^^Hahaha...True story though I learned as a young'n though to make cash its never about what background you have or what type of life you been through or what bullshyt degrees or certs you got...It's to build relationships with as many successful people as possible, learn while you do it and then apply it to your own shyt. The best thing I've learned about dealing with successful people especially self driven self made type people is they LOVE to pay it forward...

They'd be glad to help someone on the come up if they actually have a vision and goal. Its all about people skills and networking.
