He made the mistake by not securing a higher back end royalty from rerun residuals which still are $$$ to this day

Foxx could have been eating well up to his death long after the show cancelled

Sanford and Show makes multimillions in streaming revenue and merchandising every year...

He lived like a rapper with a bad record deal

OP what really got red was not paying his taxes. When he was on sanford and son he would asked to be paid in cash with no taxes taken out.

He did that for years and even did that shyt while in vegas.

IRS eventually got him for back taxes and came to his home and took all his shyt. Funiture, cars, clothes and jewelry.....and still he had to pay the IRS back taxes.

Yeah. Be on national TV and expect the IRS not realize you haven’t claimed x amount but damn.
