He'll be back for one more go. All he needs is about 1000 points and I think he'll hang them up.

There's 1 HUGE Flaw In This

the sample they used for the survey, the only player on there of Kobe's caliber is Dominique and he recovered in his 30's and beasted with a game way more athleticism based than Kobe. Isiah was on his way out anyways. And Elton Brand's work ethic is sketch, he came into some seasons overweight and sloppy.

but of course bum nikkas with sub-par work ethics wont return right, look at this list.

Elton Brand
Dominique Wilkins
Gerald Wilkins
Laphonso Ellis
Christian Laettner
Stanley Roberts
Maurice Taylor
Dan dikkau:pachaha:
Voshon Lenard (begins one-season players)
Desagana Diop
Mehmet Okur
Isiah Thomas (begins career-ending players)
Jamie Feick
Perry Davis
Don Reid
Emanual Davis
Jerome James:pachaha:
Laron Profit

btw, People also said Kobe's finger would forever affect his shot and he adjusted. He'll adjust to whatever.

54k minutes played is crazy..and it's a big disadvantage in this case.

But knowing Kobe..he will be back but he won't be averaging 28-30 ppg like he was this season...it's a wrap for high scoring seasons.
But he still has a little left in the tank imo. maybe 20/5/5, 30 minutes a game type shyt.

People forget this is his first major injury in 17 years..

The real question is would Kobe want to come back to that, being a 20ppg player, and more than likely playing second fiddle to Dwight (if he stays), I think what people miss, its not about whether he could come back, its about if he can be as good as he was this season, which is probably no.

Just come back and pass MJ on the scoring list and ride out Bean

Whatever happened to the 7 rings?

Now its all about breaking an all-time individual record?

Nobody knows for certain but odds are he will play again.
Well... now that the medical expert has weighed in... :dwillhuh:
I tore my achilles 3 years ago. I still can get rim

So you remained fully below average?

Good to know.

People also said Kobe's finger would forever affect his shot and he adjusted. He'll adjust to whatever.

Finger injury = the strongest and most important tendon in your body? :scusthov:

This thread is fully of comedy.

I fully believe we'll see Kobe in an NBA uniform again, a different Kobe Bryant, who's game is changed - but I don't think his ego would allow him to go out like this.

I picture him watching Adrian Dantley highlights for the next 9 months straight, like :datazz:

:aicmon:

That's an odd way of agreeing with somebody. I wasn't providing an expert medical opinion, btw. Nobody says he will be unable to walk and I presuppose that if he can walk he will try to play.

Clearly logic isn't your expertise. So, what qualifies you as a medical expert?

He'll almost certainly come back for at least a year...but there's a distinct possibility that he'll be greatly reduced...what I've come to realize in the past few days that we'll never just be able to appreciate Kobe for his greatness with a sense of reverence that's allowed to retired all time greats and even still active players like Duncan...there's always gonna be this silly ass contentious energy around him where people look for every way to belittle and shyt on his legacy...i thought it'd be different in retirement, but after seeing the response to him literally pushing himself to the limit to try will his team into the playoffs and have his career potentially ended in the process...i know it'll never change...a shame really too

If he had the team around him he'd be able to, clearly if your playing 48 minutes a night just to get an 8th seed your whole squad got problems.

I know man..Asking the guy to win with 3 future hall of famers is a bit much...Get him 4 or 5 to even out the playing field so he can compete with Utah...
