Even in your late 20s and 30s you shouldn't gain that much weight in 2 weeks. Something is off. Only time when this happens to me is when i am on vacation and drinking and partying everyday.

Thats why I exercise 20-30minutes each morning...even on days when I dont feel like it i do it because :flabbynsick:be Lerkin and I cant be :flabbynsick:outchere, wont allow it.


People be talking about they ain't got time, 45 minutes 3 times a week is all you need. 15 minutes of hard cardio then working different muscle groups

Op if you have a desk job or something where you not doing anything lower your calorie intake to 2000. Only way you'll keep weight off

Once you hit that late 20s and especially 30s mode ... if you’re not active , for most people , it’s OVER for you . :ufdup:

Stay active .

People don't understand this. We ain't in the hunter gatherer days anymore, eating fish and berries and shyt.

Being active is truly a lifetime thing. Doesn't have to be the gym, could be bicycling, joining a running club, boxing, etc. Anything to keep you active at least 3 times a week. Or you could limit your calorie intake to 2000kcals

Yep. Struggle to fit into a size 33 now and getting that way with a size 34. My hips and butt :dame: feel like they've gotten bigger while my stomach certainly has. Doesn't help that the food options by where I work are horrendous. People have said that salads are terrible so I don't know what to do tbh. At this point last year, I'd be confident with my shirt off. If I went to the beach or the pool, I'd probably keep my t-shirt on. I'm slim but my torso :mjcry:.

Learn how to cook chicken Breh. If you lazy learn to cook that shyt in the oven, Crock-Pot, Air fryer, sous vide, etc. Get you some frozen vegetables and throw that shyt in the oven or air fryer. Fish can made pretty much the same way. And don't sleep on ground turkey

Once you get into the habit it gets easier from there.

I think its a psychological illusion

him not going to the gym for a week and a half made him "feel" flabby

and once he feels that way, he probably started observing things with that lens

Times like this having mild OCD comes in clutch. I have a food scale at my place, my parents place, and my gf’s place. I measure out everything I make for meals so that I know exactly how many calories I’m eating. This way if I go out on a Friday or Saturday, or if there’s a special event, I can enjoy myself with eating or drinking and rest assured that I was within limits the rest of the week.

I skipped the gym for a month and ate a lot of fast food, and nothing changed for me but I also dance 3-4 times a week
