Easiest thing to do is get fat. Hardest is to lose fat. The happy medium that’s best for you is to stay in shape
Even in your late 20s and 30s you shouldn't gain that much weight in 2 weeks. Something is off. Only time when this happens to me is when i am on vacation and drinking and partying everyday.

Once you hit that late 20s and especially 30s mode ... if you’re not active , for most people , it’s OVER for you .

Yep. Struggle to fit into a size 33 now and getting that way with a size 34. My hips and buttfeel like they've gotten bigger while my stomach certainly has.
