You need song writers, quality production, studio time, mixing, mastering and money to survive + a promo budget.He could walk into a studio n cut a semi-successful album if he borrowed a labels stylist for an hour.
Cut the hair off entirely, shape up n beijing the beard n hit the 50+ women with some lyrics n vocals.
Why he won't do that is anyone's guess.
