Damn Mane SOME Nikkas Really Do Fall Off After Highschool

My 10 year was last November, and I've recapped it once or twice on here already, but briefly.....A LOT of people were definition of flabby, sick, and some pathetic. Lots of reaching for p*ssy from the guys, like this was there ONE night they had a chance. A lot more girls throwing it then I would have though....I'll say that I always been in the socially popular crowd, but never thought myself like that, in a sense of arrogance or entitlement..but I showed love to anyone I remembered, made an apology or two even....

more then a few of my friends to some degree were embarrassing, from some just acting the exact same as they did in high school, and you realize they really haven't grown up emotionally, girls still getting drunk and going from guy to guy (same rotation as hs) was sad and funny....

Quick story, I see some dude who was a nerd, but used to burn me mix cd's, well off family, loved golfing....working at the W last summer, bartending... I'm with my boy and two girls, I tell the guy thanks for all those cds you burned for me, it was really appreciated back then.....I also say I quit drinking and everything else, so I just got a bottle of water, and took care of the bill and tip for everyone....fast forward to the reunion, I paid with a $100 at the door, and my friend (same girl mentioned as getting drunk and recreating HS romances) who was on the committee doesn't have change, which I say is cool, she insists on giving me change....so I go in, and catching up with another girl, and she comes back, 'like I never gave you a drink ticket, here' I was going to just give it to the other girl, when the bartender dude comes from nowhere like 'HEY I KNOW you aren't using that'

it's was like a $5-10 value lol....to sum it all up, some are doing well, and I was happy for them...others seemed like they lived very small and poor lives, and I genuinely felt bad.

Talk about this time to time with a few homies from college. High school doesn't prepare you for what happens after. Most have the idea that they can live like that forever so the decisions at that age seem so non-important. 70% if not more of the people I went to high school are flabby or just barely got a snorkel above the water its sad. I skipped out on my reunion but they keep facebooking me about trying to do a every class reunion for that time frame. I barely use facebook but when I put up a pic of me in vegas or san fran or La all of them are the first to like the pic and add a comment. I was a student athlete extremely good grades and was a natural runner so I lived the best of both worlds but mom and pops always keep just enough line on the leash to let me get wild but reel me in and let me know that one dumb decision can ruin it all. I wish they had life classes in high school or money management its sad but is what it is

My highschool didn't do shyt sad to say. Like, they don't prepare you for life after college. I had to learn the hard way a three weeks after I graduated when my mother had the stroke. Also, I had a professional lady screw me over. Had to get my files and cut her off. Did mediocre in college. However, I still plan to take my cert exam and go back for Nursing and something else. I got a job and might work in dispatch if I perform well on the Keystroke tomorrow which my WPM speed is good. Point is, college really tells you about real life. Highschool needs to do it too. Because not everyone wants to go to college.

When you go from getting a scholarship and being cheered out the building at the graduation to that. You basically aren't doing anything. I don't care it's not my life. Only part I cared about was them giving me the meanmug. Because I gotta be prepared to defend myself.
