Damn near all the 90s hip-hop legends are basically irrelevant now to this current generation...

Please demonstrate how 50 and Jigga are following trends they were mostly responsible for? Without the success of Jigga and 50, we wouldn't have immensely talented dudes(sarcasm) like Young Thug, Future, Fetty Wap, etc.

Today's rappers make even the lamest and gimmicky 90's emcees like Kriss Kross and Vanilla Ice seem like J.U.N.I.O.R Mafia in comparison.
nikka wtf does 50 and Jay Z have to do with Migos and Jose Guapo:dwillhuh:
These nikkas are from Atlanta:why:
The least you could've said was Jeezy or Gucci? Do you even understand what I'm talking about? Y'all just rambling about how the music is better, that's not even what we talking about. I'm off this I aint humoring this :flabbynsick: nikkas convention

to this generation.

Period.

IT is what it is.
:wow:
One of the biggest misconceptions that older people have about the younger generation is that young people dont appreciate older music

Thanks to YouTube, younger people have a greater appreciation for older music than your generation did.

People who were babies/fetuses when Tupac, Biggie, MJ, etc were doing their thing idolize those musicians

The Backstreet Boys, N-Sync, Timberlake and Britney Spears still shutting down clubs/parties to this day.

And we all know how much CACs worship AC/DC, The Beatles, Elvis

i have a choice on my sirius xm joint in the whip

i keep it on backspin, fly, a little hiphopnation and the groove

i stay the fukk away from the heat, shade45

all my satellite brehs know what im talkin about when i say this

the last time i kept up with current music was 2012

so now i just play what the fukk i want..to each their own..

Glad they separated out Fly and Backspin, definitely still some overlap but stops them from going from 99 LOX records to Rock Box. Got Sirus in the car, when I'm not just bluetoothing off my phone jumping between Backspin, Groove, Fly, hiphopnation, and real jazz. No reason at all to listen to the regular radio.
