I think until further notice this is where Drake is. I think everyone saying Iceman is gonna do well on the charts isn't wrong. I think Drake still has a curiosity from people where they wanna see what he's gonna say and do.

But right now, once that curiosity is gone, the songs fall. I personally can't stand the motherfukker but he remains capable of infectious bops and I don't see that changing. But they're not sticking.

My dislike of Drake doesn't overwhelm me to the point where I'm denying reality. I definitely do NOT think he's done or fully cooked. But he IS uncool to a lot of people right now.

Iceman will likely drop and a number of songs will be high in the charts and people will say the boy is back or whatever. I'm interested to see where he's at 3 weeks to a month after that drops.

I’m interested to see where Drake goes artistically if this continues, for real. Will he finally evolve and grow up and stop being a wannabe fake tough Jamaican with mob ties who is emotional about 19 year old relationship shhit?

Will he delve into more weighty and relevant content and music? Maybe stop trying to make hits for girls to sing along to and actually make some heartfelt music? Does he even have it in him to do that? Pause. Hopefully this leads to a 180 artistically. Kendrick put belt to ass tho, viciously, yikes.

It might be too tough and even more inauthentic to “create” music and deliver deep introspective heartfelt music from ghostwriters
