Regardless of what the over all thoughts of titanfall are the game has changed how FPS are being looked at and made.

If titanfall was a ps4 game it would be the best thing since halo.

Its just been a very boring, safe gen.

Theres been no games yet to really stand up and scream this is next gen. Its just retreads and the same ideas over and over.


Hopefully this e3 something exciting gets revealed. Im not holding my breath.

Bullshyt. Every other gen had generation defining games in the first 2 years at min. And most times within the first year. This idea that past gens took a while to get going is completely false. They didnt. Its only this gen.


This is by far the worst start to a gen. Its not even close.

PS3 took three years to get noteworthy content on it's console, as did the Wii. The 360 started off so strong was because it had a much earlier start to last generation and the cards against the PS3 were stacked against it, much like it is now for the Xbox One.

There has not been a racer or shooter to score as high as those games in the last 5-7 years.

In regards to Titanfall, that is a lie. 5-7 years is a HUGE gap of time. Gears of War 3 came out in 2011 and has a higher metacritic. As did The Last of Us. and Uncharted.

I don't keep up with racing but I'm pretty sure NFS: Hot Pursuit scored higher than Hotixon 2 as well. :

Gears is not a FPS and I wouldn't call uncharted or TLOU "shooters" at all. Yes they have guns but they appeal to much different audiences.


Need for speed hot pursuit came out 5 years ago and is sitting at 89 FH2 is 86 in a time where metacritic scores are down accross the board.

My statement holds true. Both titanfall and FH2 are the best rated games in their genres for at least the last 5 years.
