Anybody can make money. I work in banking/finance and I’m around high net worth clients all day. There’s Mexican immigrants who can’t speak a lick of English with $2 million in assets. Cash. I’ve seen it 100 times no bullshyt. You not gonna get it complaining though :yeshrug: Am I millionaire? No. I don’t know if I’ll ever make it but I’m definitely on path to be worth multiple six figures and I’m living very comfortable right now :yeshrug: Make more money. Don’t spend it all. Live long. Invest it in something. Have multiple income streams. And try to work for yourself over working for others but if you can’t at least get a high paying career. That’s it. Not rocket science :yeshrug:Y’all be complaining about cacs getting a head start but there’s nothing stopping you from having $500,000 to $1 million in 20 years so you can give your kids that head start. You can literally get that investing in the stock market over a few decades. Again. I’ve seen people who can’t speak a lick of English and aren’t that educated having millions in their account so there’s a disconnect somewhere. I don’t know what them muthafukkas are doing but they’re doing something right.

Edit: Y’all won’t believe me but I spoke to the wife of a prominent executive once. And we all know him. Her account balance made me question my whole existence :sadcam:
I'm personally doing well my nicca. Good credit score, save well, in the Boiler Room stock market thread every Monday-Friday trying to get it.. I'm not a millionaire either but I'm just questioning the ones that say making a million is easy as fukk to give me their own personal story and not a video they found of somebody else doing it on Youtube.. that's all. Everybody always using somebody else's example and hard work to talk that shyt like they did it personally. And I'm not saying there's no actual "from the bottom to the top" millionaires in America. There's plenty of those people around who no doubt hustled, grinded, and toiled for years and finally got it from scratch. Like you said there's people out here who you wouldn't suspect is paid like crazy and doing well. I just stated that I just want to hear the real story from the one percent. In this Dan Gilbert story don't tell me you started off as a pizza deliverer and ended up best of pals with Warren Buffet and now he too is a billionaire. That's all I'm saying. Don't insult our intelligence like that. You're succesful- Great. More power to you. But these fake MAGA stories is also the shyt that that trickles down to where people are refusing to wear a mask during the pandemic and we're still stuck on stupid on some "Muh Freedoms" bullshyt. Started from nothing all the way to a massive family inheritance and connections- just tell the fukking truth!

That’s the problem y’all focus on the wrong thing when it comes to successful people. Who gives a fukk if Dan Gilbert delivered pizza or came from money. Learn to model success and stop being a crab in the barrel.

Don't lie on your bio my nicca. Gilbert is privledged. You worshiping and co-signing this dude cause he's rich? The was no crab in the barrel mentality from me whatsoever. Get yours and yes anything is possible in America. I just questioned his bio and you're taking it personal. The Papa John's founder, John Schnatter who's also a jackazz, has a more realer 'bottom to the top' story than Gilbert. I don't hate people that "did it". Just tell us how its done truthfully.

Nobody is focused on the wrong thing breh. Gilbert being rich has nothing to do with your life as well. I want to see everybody eat. Gilbert and his family did the damn thing but there's no need for the extra CGI and special effects. It is what it is but we don't need the propaganda in bios. Do your thing and get it. Don't worship these people

I don’t think Dan Gilbert came from money. He came from a middle class background. Outside of having White man privilege, that’s all he had. This logic that you’re not self made unless your parents were crackheads with no job living on food stamps is unfair. His parents were real estate agents. Unless his dad was Sam Zell he still had to go out there, create a company and get rich on his own. That’s hard to do. Now what I will say is he had an advantage growing up in a real estate family in terms of knowing more about the industry than the average person which is probably why he ended up starting a mortgage lending company. But success isn’t guaranteed though :yeshrug:

As far as your other point, hell yea, making millions is incredibly hard. I think about it two ways or put them into two groups. If you want to be mega mega rich, you need to be better than 99.999% of people and do something to provide immense value. That’s incredibly hard, which is why I give respect to all of them that did it. But if you want to be just well off...that’s a bit easier. Still hard but more attainable. I think most people can touch a couple hundred thousand to a million or two in their lifetime. You can get that off savings, investments, a house and other assets. Now you can give your kids a better push then you had and maybe they go farther. Maybe your kid is really smart and can use your foundation to go all the way. That’s how wealth is built in the US. Not to ramble but I see so much wealth in my job, I know making a lot of money is hard but it’s not impossible because I interact with people you wouldn’t imagine having $1,000 to their name and they sitting on a fukk ton. So anyone who wants it bad enough has no excuse to not at least end up in group B.

I don’t worship “these” or any people. I just don’t have anything against “these” people

Wealth will never be passed on for generations because there's always that idiot that fukks up the money they didn't work for. The only way wealth is passed is through knowledge. You can leave someone 10m and they'll go broke.

Making money is easy if you understand the formula. How much you make depends on your actions. The hard part is developing the mindset to be successful. You have to erase everything that you learned and start with new information. Become a producer instead of a consumer. Look at your day different and realize that you could make money 24 hours a day instead of only 8 hours by using your time differently. You could set something up that sells all day even while you sleep instead of only trading your time for money.
