There's a difference between popularity and recognisability, yall. To be popular, you have to be liked. DB is more beloved, thus he is more popular. Maybe cena is more recognizable, who knows, but that's not the argument.

Sad that this has to be explained to grown adults.

That's just your family..that's not reality. Cena has never gotten over with mainstream sports like Danielson. No one has since the Rock and Steve Austin.

Recognizable? People know of Cena but POPULAR WISE? No fukking way he's more popular than Daniel Bryan. This isn't 2005, folks.

This makes no sense.

Bryan doesn't appear any and everywhere? His retirement didn't blow Twitter off the fukking map? Wtf:laugh:

At the height of the Yes! movement, was Daniel Bryan on late night? No. Was Daniel Bryan getting movie offers? No.

If Cena retired next year and had a "retirement event", it would make more news than Bryan's. Guarantee you.

Also, comparing a guy's popularity on the night of his retirement to an entire career is stupid. Is Edge more popular than Cena because his retirement was a big event?

Of course no wrestling match made higher headlines than Trump..so stop acting like Cena was anything on that card. Match was dead compared to Taker vs Batista.

So Cena's match not making more headlines than Trump's is evidence that Cena is unpopular. But the fact no wrestling match could possibly do that is somehow also evidence that Cena is unpopular.

You say shyt that makes no sense.

Cena damn sure wasn't out drawing Batista first 6 months of 2005. Are you ok, kid? Lol

I'm fine, as long as you actually stick with an argument instead of moving the goal posts with literally every response. :heh:

First, Cena hasn't main evented enough Manias. Then he was at his peak in 2005, when he didn't main event Mania. Now, Batista was more popular than Cena during Cena's supposed "peak."

Which is it? Pick an argument.

All sense in the world unless you are 5 years old and need layman terms to help u comprehend. What is recognizable now isn't the same as popular. Is Curry more popular than Kobe? U should know these things. Shouldn't take slow breakdowns of these easy subjects.

There was a moment in like 2009 when Orton became the biggest thing in wrestling and decided, "If I just keep doing this same thing forever, I'll be fine."
when did Orton become a babyface? I think thats when he went on cruise control because he hates it
