Yeah, i think they did have some feeling. They were targeting Deng when free agency first began and there wouldnt be any way he was signing there unless Bron was gone from the money he sought/got.

How do you double up Paul Pierce and play like ass breh? Once again there was more to my original thread and once again you are only focusing on this piece. I guess I have no choice but to take that as a sign that you either agree with or can't refute the rest.
To sit here and act like the most scrutinized player of the last decade plus is suddenly gonna be free from all scrutiny and pressure is comical. And if it does happen then that just shows how the national media can be manipulated and how baseless and random and emotional and biased their narratives can be. Maybe people should start making up their own mind based of what actually happens rather than riding with the national media (when it's convenient that is).
I will always dislike gilbert for that letter shyt but I still applaud Lebron for takin control of his career. I still believe their are some other incentives for Lebron and his circle that we are not yet privy 2. I don't think they did know. While Miami was given the run around they thought everyone else was too. For all anyone knew Lebron was on vacation and all meetings were being taken through Rich Paul including Cleveland. Only later did it come out that during that time Lebron and his team had a face to face with Dan Gilbert. Hell it was put out through the media that Riley's meeting with Lebron in Vegas was Lebron's first actual face to face meeting with any teams at all.

Whether Arison/Riley knew is irrelevant to me. What I really find interesting, and no one seems to talk about it, is that LeBron wasn't going to tell them. This is 2010 all over again. Only difference is he turned it into a positive PR move.
