While I think Silva would win that fight, I think you're grossly underestimating GSP.

Maybe 2 years ago I would care. I would love to see silva vs jones but at this point in their careers I think jones would take silva. But prime silva IMO would demolish jones. The problem with UFC is they don't have enough young talent in the major weight divisions to take the place of the Larry Holmes cats. So jones is left fighting bunch of flabby and sick cats and prob won't get a real challenge for another year or 2

Why does everyone think Jones all of a sudden NEEDS to fight Silva so badly?? I mean damn, homey only been a champ a HOT MINUTE. Dude is a beast but he needs to continue to prove himself and clear out his division ala Silva and somewhat GSP.

I mean tho we can speculate, we honestly cant say without a shout of doubt that dude is just the far BEST at 205. There are a few other fights I'd like to see before he should be honored with a fight with Silva
