Depends on what you mean by "winner"

If you mean poll numbers then it is probably a tie between rubio and cruz...these are the two people the republicans want to get rid of trump and you can tell because they were constantly pitting them against each other...

If you mean who actually made real world sense with real world solutions then it is easily Rand...I mean the rest of the people believe they can put a no fly zone up in Syria and Russia won't do shyt about it...he is also the only one who mentioned the real world fact of bringing in a bunch of refugees means that someone has to take care of them...and that someone is the government through housing assistance and food stamps and eventually job placement...and ultimately american citizens bare the brunt of that cost...

I mean honestly if we are talking about policy and what is best for the country Bernie and Rand should just have 5 debates and whoever wins 3 is the president

Trump might continue to lead in the polls for now but tonight showed that when it really comes down to talking policy...which is what he is going to have to do against Hilary...he is going to get killed...that "we don't win anymore" shyt is not going to fly with the black people he will need to beat hilary...or the hispanics...or the LBGT community...
