Malta, what did i tell you, you should do to steph ? and how you should defend him if you're on him with your hands already up not down to your sides like most normal defenders. You see old man bad defender Huertas bothering curry's shot the other day. he was running around with his hands already half up. because he knows. curry's shot is super quick. you cant beat him getting your arms up unless your arms are already somewhat up.I've done the very same thing to crazy shooters. a shooter is a shooter when he has a quick release. its all relative.

And i like mudiaye. i think his shot can get a lot better and i wont give him that T.evans or rondo treatment. those guys shots were BROKEN. his is not.
that was not the point. you guard everyone a little different. super man curry has been destroying everyone. so you have to study him and find out whats best to d defend him. all i said was this is HOW you should defend him to make it that much more difficult for him to get a clean look. thats all you can do with super ballers like curry. is put them in a tougher spot and pray it doesnt splash anyway.

Nah. He's (Mudiay) still much more mature.
During the Atlanta debacle he turned the ball over scowled at hibbert because he failed to split the double team and didn't bother to get back on d, which lead to him being benched.
His coaches and teammates have continually tried to earn him to not get cocky.
And in his recent matchup against the Nuggets where Mudiay's made a play to seal the game Russell, visibly frustrated, gave him a shoulder that was totally unnecessary.
He's got a ways to go.
ummm you didnt say anything different about MUDIAYE than what i said. i said MUDIAYE came into the league MORE mature(it seemed). but in reality RIGHT NOW he's not any more mature than russell. maybe he isnt as cocky. but thats not maturity. thats mudiaye not being a cocky dude.
mudiaye still turns the ball over a lot trying to do way to much, making passes that were never there. making unnecessary moves. defense can be suspect like most rookies. he falls asleep on defense like most rookies. they are the same level of maturity on the court. and thats with russell get the starting job snatched from him. having to play alongside ball hog lou will, kobe's fairwell tour and a 2nd year guard in .clarkson.
mudiaye has to deal with one guy on the perimeter asking for the ball and thats will barton.
If russell had that scenario he would look even better right now.
Mind you the same Mudiay @keepemup claims is more mature is the same Mudiay that got benched for arguing with his coach and going back and forth damn near his 5th game and had to apologize. Stick to your stance tho lmao

lol. the Mudiay/Russell debate over for this season. Russell has proven to be more ready. He a better scorer, a better shooter, has better vision, higher defensive/offensive IQ, better off-ball, better in the post, etc. Actually speaking of the post, statistically Russell has been one of the best PG's in the post, 3rd behind only CP3 and Westbrook
Mudiay sonnin' coaches 3 times his age. Anybody can get it.
