I don't agree here. The team needs to keep any kind of talent they have. Guards that have improved at the rate Clarkson has just don't come around too often, plus he had 7 assists tonight plenty of which set-up Russell. 6th man role sure, but to let him walk out right I think is a mistake.

We can still get a 3 and D guy while keeping Clarkson on the floor or off the bench. One can be a part of the rotation that provides defense, the other can provide the offense.

Where did I say let him walk? I said keep him around for a few years while the tank is still rolling but when it's time to contend you can trade him for a great defender.

I've been saying his passing is a little overrated but his shooting is really underrated. He has the harden/Steph pull up jumper potential because of his ability to switch gears, stop on a dime and remain accurate. Im not saying he will be as good of a shooter as Steph but his jump shot will be a major weapon as his career progresses. He just needs to continue to work on his quickness and strength, the defense will come
