They screwed up by not putting Q on either of the last two Kendrick albums. They tried too hard to keep Kendrick a separate entity away from the rest of TDE. Now they want to get mad when no one buys the other guys? Groovy Tony was a street single. When was the last time a song like that even charted?

Given how they don't care about streaming and all that, they're not gonna go Curren$y on us and flood people with material (and that's a respectable stance to take; it cheapens your product). Top level artists don't have to resort to the shyt y'all ask them to do. Not saying anyone other than Kendrick is that but that's the goal
They're just delusional. Every top level artist is engaged with streaming because that is now outpacing record sales. TDE really bought into the hype of them being "artsy" not realizing that a lot of that initial success was based on Kendrick's hype. However, he went and released TPAB which was not mainstream and no one else on TDE makes bangers. They think they're J. Cole, but Cole has a fanbase that grew up with him and will support him regardless. He waited until his third album to pull that move. These guys tried to pull that after their initial buzz and it's backfiring. The masses don't want albums full of esoteric shyt. I think that type of shyt should win the awards (but I review music like movies), but it's never going to be the summer blockbuster.

You know TDE's marketing team is ass when Studio was not bigger and the Nas remix didn't even trend on Twitter.

And TDE is the new Death row. He comes across as a delusional ass nikka.
