and i have no idea when cardi was "pro black" up until recently.

doja was an independent artist who went viral when she was first exposed and cardi was a dominican stripper on ig.
if anything dani is more connected with the industry than they were at the time because she's been with multiple rappers and is literally only known because of industry connections.

Just giving a possible reason for why they probably got a pass and she didn't.

The fukkd up thing about these incidents is that a lot of these people actually enjoy and revel in the controversy bc 1) most of the time their existing fans don't care and 2) there is also a huge market of ppl who will buy/support people and companies that are accused of doing some racist shyt, because they're racist themselves LOL...and a lot of companies have no problem accepting their dollars/sympathy.
