Nothing is hotter than a Coli take.

He's gone from temperamental ball hog, to a guy who's gonna dominate the Warriors in a week. Then if it doesn't turn out the way they thought, he's back to overrated, temperamental ball hog.:francis:

The irony of what I posted is that somebody actually posted most of that bullshyt today. Coli opinions never cease to amaze me

@SchoolboyC

You and your Danny Ainge drafting shyt is beginning to turn into 'Alternative Facts'.

2003 - First Draft
Selected Troy Bell (1st round, 16th pick), Dahntay Jones (1st round, 20th pick) and Brandon Hunter (2nd round, 56th pick) in the 2003 NBA Draft.
Traded Troy Bell and Dahntay Jones to the Memphis Grizzlies for Marcus Banks and Kendrick Perkins

That's a fukking win, notice no pick above 15th

2004 Draft

June 24, 2004:
Selected Al Jefferson (1st round, 15th pick), Delonte West (1st round, 24th pick), Tony Allen (1st round, 25th pick) and Justin Reed (2nd round, 40th pick)

That's a fukking win, notice no pick above 15th.

2005 Draft

June 28, 2005: Selected Gerald Green (1st round, 18th pick), Ryan Gomes (2nd round, 50th pick) and Orien Greene (2nd round, 53rd pick) in the 2005 NBA Draft.

That's a fukking win, notice no pick over 18th.

2006 Draft

June 28, 2006
: Selected Randy Foye (1st round, 7th pick) in the 2006 NBA Draft.

June 28, 2006: Traded a 2007 1st round draft pick (Rudy Fernandez was later selected) to the Phoenix Suns for Brian Grant and Rajon Rondo.

June 28, 2006: Traded a 2007 2nd round draft pick (Aaron Gray was later selected) to the Denver Nuggets for Leon Powe.

Turned Randy Foye, Rudy Fernandez and Aaron Gray into Rajon Rondo, Sebastian Telflair, Theo Ratliff and Leon Powe. WIN.

2007 Draft

June 28, 2007:
Selected Jeff Green (1st round, 5th pick) and Gabe Pruitt (2nd round, 32nd pick) in the 2007 NBA Draft.
June 28, 2007: Traded Jeff Green, Wally Szczerbiak, Delonte West and a 2008 2nd round draft pick (Trent Plaisted was later selected) to the Seattle SuperSonics for Ray Allen and Glen Davis.

WIN, WIN WIN.

2008 Draft

June 26, 2008
: Selected J.R. Giddens (1st round, 30th pick) and Semih Erden (2nd round, 60th pick) in the 2008 NBA Draft.

Ehhhh...could have taken DeAndre Jordon or Goran Dragic instead of Giddens, but every other team passed on them until the second round too. No pick above 30th.

2009 Draft

June 25, 2009: Selected Lester Hudson (2nd round, 58th pick) in the 2009 NBA Draft.

Nothing there at 58.

2010 Draft

June 24, 2010:
Selected Avery Bradley (1st round, 19th pick) and Luke Harangody (2nd round, 52nd pick) in the 2010 NBA Draft.

WIN. Only decent players after him were Lance Stephenson and Hassan Whiteside, both of whom everyone else passed on too (second round guys) and both were knuckleheads in some extent.

2011 Draft

June 23, 2011:
Selected MarShon Brooks (1st round, 25th pick) and E'Twaun Moore (2nd round, 55th pick) in the 2011 NBA Draft.
June 23, 2011: Traded MarShon Brooks to the New Jersey Nets for JaJuan Johnson and a 2014 2nd round draft pick.

Could have had Jimmy Butler, Chandler Parsons and Isaiah Thomas, but so could have everyone, all 3 went after pick 30.

2012 Draft

June 28, 2012: Selected Jared Sullinger (1st round, 21st pick), Fab Melo (1st round, 22nd pick) and Kris Joseph (2nd round, 51st pick) in the 2012 NBA Draft.

Jae Crowder and Draymond Green but again, everyone passed on them, second rounders.

2013 Draft

June 27, 2013: Selected Lucas Nogueira (1st round, 16th pick) in the 2013 NBA Draft.
June 27, 2013: Traded Lucas Nogueira, a 2014 2nd round draft pick (Cleanthony Early was later selected) and a 2014 2nd round draft pick (Russ Smith was later selected) to the Dallas Mavericks for Kelly Olynyk.
June 27, 2013: Traded cash to the Indiana Pacers for Colton Iverson

Hmmm...Lucas Nogueira or Kelly Olynyk???? (or Giannis...sad celtics fan)

2014 Draft

June 26, 2014: Selected Marcus Smart (1st round, 6th pick) and James Young (1st round, 17th pick) in the 2014 NBA Draft.

Not a single guy after James Young looks promising in anyway as of today. As for Marcus, the players after him are up for debate: Julius Randle/Zach Levine??? I'll take Smart thanks. Dario Saric may end up being just as worthwhile, bit the Serb picks are always hard to know for years after.

2015 Draft

June 25, 2015
: Selected Terry Rozier (1st round, 16th pick), R.J. Hunter (1st round, 28th pick), Jordan Mickey (2nd round, 33rd pick) and Marcus Thornton (2nd round, 45th pick) in the 2015 NBA Draft.

There ain't a body in that draft below them whose better or worth more than any of them, nothing higehr than 16th.

2016 Drafts

Too Flippin soon.

So....show me, literally, where he 'can't draft' please. Just becasue some second round picks work out, doesn't mean its Danny's fault he didn't take them a dozen picks before they were taken...EVERYONE missed on them, not just Danny.

The only real legit beef is Giannis, since he was taken right after Olynyk. Everything else, you haven't a leg to stand on homie.

Yawn. I don't care about who he drafted 10+ years ago. Nor do I care about players that he picked for other teams in trades like Jeff Green :coffee:

I have maintained that Avery Bradley was the last good player he drafted and that was 7 years ago.

If you want to argue that Marcus Smart & Kelly Olynyk are good players have at it, but I'm not rehashing those arguments.

You right let me try the typical Coli response:

Was that better?
So the Kings are about to establish a winning culture behind a GM who has little to no respect from player agents and generally doesn't know what he's doing and an owner who advocated playing 4 on 5 and having his head coach wear a mic so he can call in plays and subs from his suite. You're right. They finally got the cancer out of there.

What a surprise. Not one criticism of Cousins from you. It's all the Kings fault and they weren't being fair to Cousins!!!!

Lose all credibility by displaying how little you know. :mjlol:

Rodney Hood, Gary Harris, Clint Capela, JOKIC,and Jordan Clarkson show absolutely zero promise. :mjlol: :mjlol: :mjlol:

You probably the type of celtic fan to say Rondo was the best PG in the league from 2009-2013.

Again you're unwilling to criticize Cousins for his role in the Kings debacle. It's everybody's fault but his that he gets technicals, gets suspended, has a bad attitude and clashes with coaches and teammates. Good point

I liked the Zizic pick, I wasn't a big fan of Brown or Yabusele. I liked Jackson coming out of college but the reality is he's redundant on this team, and Nader looked good in summer league & D-League but actual NBA competition is a completely different animal. Don't believe me, look at Jordan Mickey. Whether any of them actually become good players in the NBA remains to seen.

And secondly, who the fukk made you the authority on who can and can't cheer for the Celtics? Get over yourself. I don't have to have the same opinions as you to support this team.

What makes you a "better" fan?

Because you're overly optimistic about everything relating to this team and I'm not?
Because you think Terry Rozier & Kelly Olynyk are good players and I don't?
Because you think Jaylen Brown & Marcus Smart are franchise cornerstones and I don't?
Because you think this current roster is capable of a deep playoff run and I don't?
Because you have faith that Ainge will nail the Nets picks if he keeps them and I don't?

fukk outta here :stopitslime:. We all got opinions at the end of the day, just cause you choose to look at the glass as full even when it's empty and I don't, doesn't make you any more or less of a fan than I am brodie.

If I got an opinion on this team, I'll speak on it. I'm not gonna blindly stan anyone or any team. And if you got a problem with that then you can take that up with God
