So you gonna nitpick Danny alone when 13 other teams also passed on Giannis? :usure:

Nobody gives a fukk about Rozier, not even Danny. He didn't want to trade him for Ibaka because he have no guarantee that Ibaka will resign and Rozier's value could still increase. Smart is player you'd want on a championship team. Might not be a star, but a huge impact on the team.

We not talking about those gms we talking about Danny and I'm a Marcus smart fan but that doesn't excuse his terrible shooting Danny has yet to knock it out the park when it comes to drafting he's got a shytload of picks were all still waiting for him to do something big with em...I don't think singe should be fired he's done a hell of a job making Boston champions and keeping them afloat afterwards they have a ton on high picks and they currently second in the east with a young all star and a deep roster but they missed out on cousins when they could've easily got him...all that lockeroom cancer talk is bullshyt the kings are a dead organization with the second worst management who wouldnt be frustrated on a team that keeps moving backwards the Celtics would've been perfect for boogie and would've made them a true threat

when will nikkas learn that demarcus cousins is a stat stuffer that has never played a meaningful game in his life

Best post in the thread. He's an absolute head case that is a locker room cancer yet you still got fans and Coli experts mad that their team didn't try to acquire this clown. The fact he was available for spare parts is because no one wants to deal with his bullshyt

So if he goes to New Orleans and puts up numbers while they win will he still be just an overrated statpadder or will y'all realize that it's possible to be a good player playing for a bad team? :lupe:

I learned this lessson a long time ago: When people show you who they really are, believe them. Cousins has shown that he is a talented headcase who could destroy a team based solely on his poor behavior. You Coli nikkas kill me thinking you can just change the scenery and that breh will just straighten up and fly right. Keep in mind he's not even going to a winning team or even a winning organization so what makes you think that things will be different in NO?

And I really think Sacramento won the trade because I don't think NO will win and I think Sacramento will be able to rebuild their locker room. Sacramento just got rid of their tumor, New Orleans just added one

I dont think you can blame Ainge or any other GM on this one...Kings are just a group of fukk ups and it sounds like they wanted Hield specifically in this deal....Apparently Vivek thinks hes going to be the next Curry :mjlol::mjlol:

The Pelicans are currently 2 GB back from being the 8th seed. They're replacing Buddy Hield (Who was one of the worst starting SG's in the league), Langston Galloway (A dime a dozen backup guard), and Tyreke Evans (A guy who's missed the vast majority of the season and was largely ineffective even when he did play) for a perennial All-NBA big man. For them to stay in the same place or be worse than what they are now, things would have to go terribly wrong.

And here's where you are wrong. Cousins obviously isn't perfect, he obviously has his own issues. But that tumor that you're speaking about that's holding the Kings back is not him, it's their incompetent ass front office. Cousins isn't the one who traded down before a draft started to take an obviously inferior player because they assumed players would be off the board. Cousins isn't the one who drafted Thomas Robinson over Damian Lillard, Harrison Barnes & Andre Drummond and then traded him mid-season because they didn't want to pay his rookie salary. Cousins isn't the one who drafted Nik Stauskas based off a YouTube video of him shooting 3 pointers in his backyard. Cousins isn't the one who fired Mike Malone because the team went on a losing streak while their best player was out injured and because he didn't want to play 4 on 5 defense. Cousins isn't the one who let Isaiah Thomas walk even though he wanted to re-sign because they thought were better off with career journeyman Darren Collison.

During the draft last year agents were refusing to let their players workout with the Kings, you think that's because they were afraid of Cousins? No, it's because the Kings are a fukking disaster. Cousins is definitely not 100% blameless for why they never made the playoffs while he was there, but to act like he was the biggest reason why is bullshyt. They are arguably the worst-ran team in American sports right now. They were like that before Cousins got there, they were like that while he was there, and they will still be that way now that he's gone.

And also like I said earlier, I do not want Ainge fired solely because he didn't trade for Cousins. It is a culmination of things.

I'd take a talented a$$hole over a humble scrub :yeshrug:

With the roster the Celtics have now, they are going to get embarrassed in the playoffs for the third year in a row. They don't defend, they don't rebound and they only have one reliable scorer. Cousins would've helped greatly in 2 of those 3 categories. It's another missed opportunity for Ainge.

Celtic homers are gonna be in for a rude awakening when April comes. All the chemistry in the world means nothing if you don't have the talent

:dwillhuh:

Will you Coli nikkas hold Cousins responsible for ANYTHING or is it always everyone's fault but his? I'm not gonna sit and defend the Kings front office because they have been terrible but take a look around the NBA, most teams aren't run well.

But this notion that the Kings fukked up by trading Cousins or that "insert your favorite team" fukked up by not trading for this headcase is laughable to me.

What good is a talented player if he fukks with chemistry and is causing issues with the staff and players. Some players are just dikkheads that can't get a long with other people. It's life.
