In a longer article from back when she was here like 2 summers ago, you should have read the quotes from players.

Timelord fukking loved her.

Could have been a bunch of lip service because she was a woman and being PC and all, but seemed legit and Scal knows a little something about hoop, so, I dunno.
i feel like people love the assistant coach most the time.

put them at the helm and it's a different story.

Naw, I agree, so who knows….but she was surprisingly well spoken of in my mind by the team. See tweet above, they all wore Duke shirts on her last day before she got the job etc.

….add in that she would not only be the first woman coach, but also the first AA woman coach…..would send an interesting message the players in the league about Boston.

Stranger things have happened….like Brad Stevens being the GM :russ:

they weren't thinking about experience when they hired Brad as a coach or when they gave him the front office keys :mjlol:

Well he was ok as a developmental coach, now we have two legit stars we need a veteran head coach. I dont care much about him being a GM.

dude is being gifted a job of personnel management of one of the most storied franchises in american sports

i don't know why people gotta wait to be told how profound that is. if someone made a comedy skit about a small time college coach taking a hot streak to the major leagues, being exceptionally mediocre, and eventually getting the FO job that most dream of - people would say its too far fetched :dead:

and he had to be forced to play robert williams. clearly he can't evaluate talent for shyt :mjlol:

The irony is delicious. Ainge fleeced the Nets, ultimately pump faked the heist away, and got his chapter ended by the Nets with help from the guy who was supposed to push them over the top
