100% agree. A young team like this NEEDS a player coach. They have to be relatable to them, someone they can respect, and give them real world experience on how to win

His teams have been top 5 in winning percentage for his tenure, he isn't a failed coach.

Like, I dunno what people expect out of a GM, but I don't see a lot of fails in there. Hayward got hurt, left for more money, Hordford left for more money, and he cashed in on Kyrie who chose not to stay. I get not being thrilled with how he tried to build this roster around the talent exodus, but that's a pretty baller track record in my mind.

Everyone caping for Brad Stevens and forgetting the great things Ainge has done is proof 95% of the Coli doesn't watch the Celtics

All Brad did was piss away and under-utilize the talent that was on the team

Gonna miss Ainge, learned everything he knew from Red Auerbach.... Ainge will be missed
