First of all, there's a legal age because people decided as a society what's moral and immoral sexually. I guess there's nothing objectively wrong with it, but people that age probably aren't educated enough on sex nor have the capacity to engage in an activity that can result in STDs and pregnancy.

We took sex ed in 8th grade and there's no telling what people have learned from their family and at this point endless information is all over the internet. Once again are we talking about laws or morals. An 11-13 can decide if they want to have sex or not. FACT. In fact alot of them are biologically told it's time to have sex. Now if it's about law and all laws must be upheld then i guess you think it's cool for certain countries to murder homos. And you dont have to be a child to be victimized. Just like you dont have to be an adult to be a predator.
