3 weeks ago I couldn't lift 135lbs on bench press, I started doing other chest exercises like DB press, pec flies on the machine, cable flies,etc. Today I was like I'ma try to lift 135, not only did I lift it 8 times, I did it twice, felt so good brehs. Daps and reps for all 



I know the feeling breh. That was me a couple months ago. Just hit a max 185. Working my way up to 225 before summer.
