why lol?
You're calling me white but you're the one denying colorism exists even though statistical evidence and anecdotal evidence (even shown in this very thread) tell a different story?!?!!? I don't give a shyt what you and your loser ass friends talk about. Stop marginalizing all black dudes like we all have the exact same conversations using the same exact words, moron. Studies have shown colorism exists in the work place and in the court system. How fukking stupid are you to question my blackness when I've seen dark skinned black dudes with my own eyes get teased because of their skin complexion. A poster right above your dumbass comment commented about his own struggles with his skin complexion. Again, I don't know about your or your dumbass friends, but I know what I've seen with my own fukking eyes. Get the fukk out of my thread if you're going to leave stupid ass comments like that!!
K.Hey white boy,
Before I go any further with your dumbazz, we gotta prove who is really black by taking a picture. Both of us will post a photo of a arm or hand with a paper dated and the word COLI in background.......
Responding.
I don't deny colorism exists, I just believe that there are just as many color struck dark men as there are color struck light men. For example, in order to fit in with most of their relatives, who are dark, many light men wish they were dark themselves. Does that mean all feel that way? No. The same can be said for dark men.
You seem to have a bias instead of looking at this from an objective viewpoint. Each group has their extreme self haters, but they don't represent the majority. However, since you're white, you won't understand that now take up my challenge you p*ssy.
The vast majority of sub saharan people have dark skin with broad features. The people you posted above, I wonder how much their appearance has to do with the colonization and the rape of their ancestors. I'm sure, just like with African Americans, thats why some Africans are light complected.
why lol?
Never. I spent my developmental years in a afrocentric private school. It was like Black history day once a month. Learn about african nations, black inventors, positive black shyt, etc. I was in so deep I didnt realize there was different kinds of Black people, I thought we were all the sameI didnt realize the damage white racism did to America until I hit High School.
As a kid it took a while for me to understand why someone would make fun of my skin tone, that bs had no effect on me. Im proud to be a midnight boy![]()
The perfect complexion is that gold to caramel and ages the best. Pharell, Will Smith, Eve, Iman, Stacy Dash, Ed Bradley (rip) etc... Can always choose a side. I like balance and don't care for things too extreme on both sides of the spectrum.im in the middle with the island caramel skin tone
never cared either way
Usually when we talk about the light skinned/dark skinned debate its focused around black women, which is understandable. Even when black dudes are incorporated into the conversation its only in a joking manner, as evidenced by the countless dark-skinned/light skinned memes all over social media. But a question for dark skinned dudes: were you ever jealous of lighter complected black dudes? Did you ever have any type of real hatred? How common do you think this issue is with black males? Hopefully this opens up a serious dialog that usually never happens between black males.
