The Infamous is an obvious answer.
Yep, and Hell on Earth. As dark as Infamous is, Hell on Earth sounds even darker. They said they experienced a lot of death and fukked up shyt after the first album and that was a big reason for the 2nd one sounding so sinister.

The 1st album had beats like Drink Away the Pain, Give Up the Goods, Up North Trip, and Temperature's Rising. Not that those beats are happy, but Hell on Earth doesn't have anything that bright on there.

Three 6 Mafia - Mystic Stylez
Triple Six Mafia underground tapes (Paul, Juicy, Infamous, Pat...)
Da Kaze - Timez Up
Prophet Posse - Body Parts
Koopsta Knicca - Devils Playground
(satanic and really nihilistic: heavy drugs, pornography, ruthless killing without remorse for the fukk of it)

Mobb Deep - The Infamous and Hell On Earth (music for child molesters and puppy killers)

Brotha Lynch Hung's first two albums (kinda inhuman!? I mean cannibalism??)

Scarface's first two albums (nihilistic)

Geto Boys' first three albums

Most of Ganxsta Nip's catalogue

C-Murder - Life Or Death (pretty distinctive type of darkness and hopelessness)
