its probably really obvious, but flag football removes the size requirements from football. you want to be fast/agile/elusive rather than big 
as a qb you never have to worry about height and not being able to see behind the line if you 5'8...dont have to worry about being hit

I don't mind the confidence, and honestly it's probably a bit of insecurity and Napoleon syndrome, but Mahomes is beyond generational throwing the ball regardless of pads being on his shoulders or not. Lamar is probably going to be #2 on the depth chart if he decides to try out.
I salute ole boy for carrying whatever torch exists, but the NFL ain't put all of that money into this venture for him to be the poster child of the Olympic debut of flag football......and I'm a little concerned his ego doesn't see they're using him for clickbait right now.

After looking it up it does seem that flag football requires a different skill set than regular football. The way he turns his hips or flat out sits down to avoid the flag being taken is interesting.
I played flag in my city league and I do understand its nuances, but pair a NFL QB with an NFL WR and its a wrap. No average Joe can compete with that.
Frfr. You're right about wide receivers (and also tight ends) Nico Collins, Marvin Harrison Jr with their height and speed would be unfukkwitable. Receiving TEs like Kyle Pitts or Dalton Kincaid would be problems too...or imagine Lamar at QB and him not even having to worry about getting any serious collisions besides incidental contact while someone tries to grab his flag.

I feel like it is disrespectful that these dudes who been setting the sport up and playing in front of zero crowds with zero fanfare automatically get their spot took by millionaires..

Yeah... My son is an offensive lineman and he's done 7/7 every year since he was a freshman. It's helped tremendously with his footwork.
