Jimmy Clausen was a 2nd round pick. Still a hit, but not the kind of hit it would be if you drafted a first round QB only to replace him with another first round QB.

My thing is why are jet fans acting like the nfl has guaranteed contracts if the jets wanted revis they could of kept him . Jet fans are calling up the wfan to hate on revis saying he's not that good I'm glad a giants fan . This guy said cromartie is a much better corner since he tackles people another said the jets defense is better without revis
The jet fans deserve a 6-10 finish so they don't waste bridgewater or clowney by not ever surrounding them with pieces and then saying they can't pay them either in 5 Years

I think the fans just got sick of Revis' bullshyt.

The dude was constantly a headache over his money, enough was never enough.

First he wanted top paid CB, now he wanted top paid defensive player.

He doesn't deserve to be the top paid defensive player. He's not worth that and he wasn't going to take anything but that.

He got the ego stroking he needed from TB and the Jets got a nice pick for him. Good deal for both

This is one of the reasons I gave up my season tickets in 2005 and stripped all my Jets shyt down...I do not want my son following me down this same road of demonic misery...The only Jets related thing I haven't sold or stuffed in a box and buried in the attic is my Curtis Martin jersey...Last time I wore it was the Colts AFCCG...

its a good trade for both sides. jets got what they could, far more than expected tbh.

bucs not giving any guaranteed $ to revis is a huge win for them because it saves them from bad performance/long contract dilemma all the long expensive contract fall into.
