are there any health benefits to having a 6 pack?
No, and arguably, it may not be the healthiest state. My best looks have traditionally been where my abs were marginally visible, but I had
enough extra weight to look good everywhere else. Some people have to drop tons of weight, fat and muscle, to see them...unless they are on drugs.

That said, I get the abs because I like how I look and feel, and the side-effect is attracting more girls, and even better, more quality ones. There are a lot of nice
average body girls out there, but you get more intune with a health conscious, tight bodied vixen if you actually live a similar lifestyle.

Its strange, but after puberty (and my growth spurt) I kind of developed a faint set of abs by doing nothing. I was just skinny, and you could see my abs. I started working out earlier this year, and they're still there.

Exactly. My 6pack is easily visible now, but If I wanted it to be on fitness model level, I would have to drop so much weight that my arms and other areas would suffer

And thats the fukking rub of it, breh:francis:I'm by no means an advanced lifter, so I have 3-4 more years before I can say I've "maxed out" but getting to striations and rock-hard abs level
takes away so much size everywhere else. Sure I can flex and show them a bit , but its just not the same. Basically since most people are going to see you in a shirt anyway, getting super-lean
end up making you look like you don't lift unless you take it off:francis:It fukking sucks.
