30's have been good to me. With age comes wisdom, money, good habits (if you were smart), etc.

It all adds to making dating in your 30's more palatable. IMO

It ain't got nothing to with biology. Men find younger women attractive because they can easily control a young woman. But keep telling yourself that.
I can post plenty of articles supporting this. It’s not a coincidence that a woman is most fertile in her 20s. Are you really going to argue against that? Of course a man is going to be more physically attracted when a woman is at her most fertile.

There’s no doubt there are predators who only date younger women to manipulate them but I’m talking from a physical stand point, a woman in her 20s (in shape) will be more desirable than a woman in her 30/40s who’s also in shape.

And believe it or not, not every woman finds older men attractive. Older men tend to carry baggage, be out of shape, and be very aggressive when it comes to courting a woman to the point it becomes creepy. Trust me I know from experience. Older men are not the creme of the crop.
I did say generally speaking. There are plenty of women who don’t find older men attractive. But everyone can tell you stories of younger women preferring to date older guys. I’m not talking 40s/50s, I’m talking 30s.

Especially if a man stays in shape and has his shyt together, a young woman is going to be drawn more towards him then a 25 year old who’s still living at home.

I’m not sure what your angle is because this whole discussion is based on the assumption that older both men and women are in shape.

A good friend of mines is in late 30s and dates from 20 to mid 30s. Lately he's come to realize that he really doesn't enjoy dating the women in their 20s. He likes the way they look but his main complaint is that they are dumb. He dated one young chick for 6 months and never said one nice thing about her. I think is main issue is older women don't keep their appearance up. If older women kept their appearance up I think he would prefer them.

Lol the dumb attention whoring and partying shyt isn't cute. It makes you look at them like their dumb and makes you only want thing from them.

It's like some just say fukk it and get fat. Last chick I was dating is getting huge.

No, I will not argue. You are correct.

Ur right but ur friend should've had enough sense to understand that sometimes younger women are inexperienced and just young, which may equate to "dumb" to some...so he shouldn't expect those young women to be so wise and established. U gotta be reasonable with expectations.

My main advice is to ignore everything that women say and just do what you feel.

Women are experts in giving self serving advice.

You can eat like a champ from 30 to 70 if you really want to. Don’t let people manipulate you into getting married or having kids if that’s not what you want.

I'm 33 and I can say I eat better than I did when I was in my twenties. My tinder stay going ham and Bumble too. When I reach out to a club or a bar I usually get approached at least once without putting no work in. Get that shyt out your mind that your getting too old. Embrace your maturity and everyday your getting wiser and stronger and you will eat with that approach. Also to changing your diet and being in the gym 3 to 4 times a week is key you can't be eating like you did in your early twenties. Atleast that's what I noticed for me.

Flabby old nikkas (30+) lose again:mjlol:
You think that you’re gonna be the one human being in the history of all mankind to stop aging and cease having birthdays? Or maybe you’ll start reverse aging like Benjamin Button? That wake up call/reality check is gonna be one for the ages :wow:

Since you’re so bitter and hurt from men, why do you even post here?

You have severe cognitive dissonance.
I post here because I feel like it. I hope that answers your question, sir. Look, I am not here to argue so whatever you think or feel about me absolutely true.
