- he wants to pick out my clothes and tells me how to wear my hair

- he doesn't take the trash out if he sees my trash is full or by the door.

- he always brings up feminist or feminism

- he calls or I over hear him call women broads, bedwenches, clucks, bytches, hoes

- he always asking or making suggestion someone is paying my mortgage for me -- or trying to figure out my pockets

- he uses "baddie" or "bad" when referring to me or any woman.

- he's from California or Vegas

- he's dated IR or is bi-racial

- he talks bad about his momma

- he doesn't work out

- he talks about business, entrepreneurship, and tries to tell me or anymore else how to get money from doing so -- but is employed and works a 9-5.

Advice and wanting to learn is great and welcomed -- but critiquing something aka a industry, your business, your expertise -- you have no clue about is a red flag for me.

If I busted my ass to get to the six figure mark in my career, why would I turn that down when I could just do that & run my business at the same time?

I dated just as much as the average man. I think every woman should date as much as possible.

And ...Dating doesnt equal sex.

I'm one of those weird black women who never wanted to be married.

I always get side-eyed when I say this but I am cool with a Oprah-stedman type of situation.

We dont have to join together in terms of credit, house ownership - we both leave with what we came with. No marriage contract needed.

If he really wants to do the marriage contract- of course I will do it. But, right now I'm good.

And I come from a two parent home where my daddy was the sole bread winner and my mom was the traditional wife.

But, if I dont know anything about what you do - I'm not going to read one article or book and try to tell you what you doing wrong. I'm going to listen, ask questions and learn from you. Not assume I know cause I read about it.

• She thinks deep convos (art, science, philosophy, history, etc.) are pointless.
• She keeps interrupting/talking over you.

• She has no furniture.
  
• Her bed is a mattress on the floor; has no bed frame.
• She mistreats her kids.
