There is zero crime in YS. if it goes up 100% it'll still be one or two people shoplifting. Only 3 thousand people live in this town. Everybody know each other. Commit a crime and people will be like, you heard larry robbed the coffee shop? within 5 minutes.

false, they built affordable/mixed income housing in new orleans and moved people there from a housing project they had and they are still nice. Same for the section 8 village my city built.
