Dave Chappelle goes full "NIMBY"

Chappelle comes from a family with a long history of deeply rooted Civil Rights work. So him not liking poor people didn’t even sound right.
Knew it was nonsensical emotion outrage off rip.
Just realized Chappelle has gone full-circle in a meta kinda way.
To paraphrase, one of the reasons he quit The Chappelle Show was because he felt like he was enabling racist views when a crew member laughed during a sketch, but not at the joke part of it. He felt like he was getting a laugh at the expense of his blackness and was not helping to bridge the gap between blackness and nonblackness.
I think he's now creating a space that enables hate towards non-black minorities, and his views get cosigned by the dumbest of the dumb who hate the 'other' (see: most of TLR). The difference is that unlike 15 years ago, he feels like he is in the right and keeps doubling down on his content. He is becoming less and less of a comic and more and more of an edgelord

Bumping this. Only watched the SNL monologue but he definitely played footsie with the antisemitic tropes in a way that would make Trump proud 
. Never openly cosigned it but a lot of head nods and winks.
