Finally got to it and it’s definitely one of his better projects in a minute. Unbelievable and John Lennon stood out the most.

East always been nice lol I hate how nikkas be acting like he’s leveling up.

Hate Me Now, Kairi Chanel, Paranoia 2, Karma 2 his best shyt to me. East vocals used to be a lot better.

Only thing about East now last two projects is that he’s not chasing trends and his projects are more concise and packaged around a theme.

like you said if folk could tolerate gunn the vocal regression isnt much more than an oddity, but still ive not never heard someone get nasally the way son has outside the heaviest smokers i known since youth

i feel like his bars arent on that level he was on w kairi chanel and then p2; ot im fukking w this project, its more complete and cohesive but im not getting that energy from when i first heard joints like type of time and prosper

speaking of voices ().... does trae tha truth always sound like a legit robot. i don't listen to him much so i wouldn't know but he is dope though. he would be great at voice overs lol. this song is amazing though

Dope album. This is Dave East’s lane — storytelling over a combo of smooth and hard hitting non-trap/drill beats. This and Hoffa are easily two of his best projects.
