All the episodes were like this last season which made it so great. This season has been meh so far except this doja cat episode

The conversations the last episode was him telling Mike to watch over his parents and buy shyt for the date with Doja.

Dave flat out admitted to one of the characters (I think it was Benny) that he’s deliberately trying to treat Mike more like just a manager instead of a friend. That among other things are really taking a toll on Mike the episode where celebrated his birthday alone was sad as hell. Even him Making up that fake family just so he bond with the dad at the Bar mitzvah smh Mike is down Bad.

I wrote a Dave spec a few weeks ago and have been holding it for some apparent reason. Would love some feedback if anyone wants to give it a read.

He dead ass couldn’t get out his own way. But this episode could be dead ass used as an lesson for dudes on how NOT to get clingy too soon.

He dead ass should have just chilled, handled his business, and let HER come to him. I know that cuz once upon a time I USED to be that person

So that’s why i was so watching him blow it at the end.

I hope they bring Doja Cat back and she gives him a 2nd chance.

Yeah I learned the same lesson. I was that guy once with this BAD Puerto Rican joint. Body was insane. One of the rare women that looked much better than her pictures which were already sick. It was to the point when she walked up on me I started stuttering cause she was so bad. We had the first date and we had crazy chemistry, plus she was the rare female around here that loved mid-90s NY hip-hop and we loved all the same shows and she was legit funny. We made plans for a second date and she eventually went quiet on me and I flipped and went over the top cause I was so hyped over her. shyt was embarrassing lol.

I understand what ur saying, but even on the show, he's considered a celebrity as well. so her pulling that stunt is kinda her trying to flex her star power and nothing else. that's not cool either.

personally, I would have done what ya'll have said and sent one text confirming the date. if I didn't hear from her, I'd be hitting up the next chick as a backup . him mentioning her new outfit on IG was showing her he was being kinda sensitive tho.
