Butcher is the one who instigated the entire feud. He wanted Tony out at the beginning of season 6, and Phil said no. Butchie was the ultimate instigator and couldn't be trusted. In fact, Paulie WARNS Tony that Butchie may have deceived them when Carlo goes missing, which is why it makes no sense that Paulie was in on it.

Ziggy was both funny and white privelige personified. Again he showed how stupid motherfukkers fukk up everything they touch.

Ralph said that him Jackie and Sil were school friends that had their own little crew and that Jackie suggested that they rob Feech's card game.

So How was Sil hanging around dikkie? Also p*ssy a Paulie were older than Tone but Paul was older than p*ssy and Sil said that some meaning Paul was around before the beginning.

It also would've made more sense that the Black dude working for dikkie would've been Willie Overall, They made some street gang kid an Overall but not Willie who was Tone's first hit.

They tried to shoehorn too much shyt into the movie.

it should've been a miniseries tbh. I do like the added context it gives to the show, but it doesn't really work as a movie, especially not a 2 hour one.

I rewatched earlier this year and I want to rewatch it again. My favorite episode is still the Pine Barrens. Such an incredible episode, and they never followed up with what happened to the Russian special forces guy

remember when chris went to hell and gave tony a message, “watch your three o’clock”? the bathroom was at tonys 3 o’clock

also, theres a picture of a house on the diner wall right next to tony. its the same house that keeps showing up in tonys dreams (like the finnety family reunion) and it represents hell on the show

What made the show so good, You had to really watch to catch those hidden gems, it goes with the many saints of Newark story later as well dikkie was supposed to meet Tony after ignoring him because everyone close to him ends up hurt and was avoiding young tony for fear of ruining his life. Eventually he comes around and tells Tony to meet him in that exact diner after dikkie is killed it cuts to the the scene of Tony waiting on him at the bar with the milk shake and dikkie doesn’t show and Tony leaves not knowing why he didn’t make it before the wake scene at the funeral home.
