David Hogg is on The Breakfast Club and they are pushing John Stewart to be the next president. Ya'll think he'd have a chance?

Be mentally ill brehs. The Democratic Party platform was literally essentially giving the entire country the rights and benefits people have in New York State. But all you do is respond to extremes like the GOP wants you to do so you regurgitate stupid shyt like this. Dems are mid but the idea that people are making some actual one to one comparison of them versus Trump is a fundamental misunderstanding of politics. This is someone who believes something to be a true and then a result happens and he attributes it to the shyt he believed with no data to back him up. The Democratic Party had over performed in every election they’ve had since Trump won, what the fukk are you talking about? The Democratic Party’s problem is exactly that they underestimate the stupidity of the voters they are trying to reach and forget that their most informed voters are also the most leftist and prone to just sit out an election.

A huge group of people vote on just vibes.
Kamala had way better policies for the working class but

She was not black , will have the white house smelling like curry , comes off like a robot etc etc .

Trump had shyt policies was anti union and anti worker but they like him . Its vibes
While I don't deny those facts, we've got to be honest with ourselves here about that campaign. Harris spent a lot of time warning America about Trump and not enough time on the policies. She had good policy ideas(like the first time home buyer's credit) and anti grocery gouging legislation, but she wasn't going big enough.

I'll always use mexico as an example. Mexico is a very conservative country and they voted in an extremely liberal Jewish woman who is of immigrant descent. Her predecessor was their version of bernie sanders. They spent a lot of time trying to activate the poor and working class by promising big, Universal programs that would benefit them. They got out and voted because of it.

The times where black people had the most prosperity in America was when we were able to access Universal programs. Black people in other countries like Canada or England can access their healthcare system. Black French people get access to their subsidized care and education. The majority of recipients by far of things like food stamps and medicaid are white people. Harris was almost doomed from the start because she was still ultimately an establishment politician at a time where people don't want politics as usual.

She wasn't willing to shake things up radically and it cost her. Had Biden stepped down sooner and there was a primary what could have happened was Tim Walz would've run as a candidate and promised to do to America what he did to his own state( school lunches, maternity leave, higher wages, etc.) His popularity was high and it's still high. Instead on the Harris campaign they muzzled him and pivoted to trying to get republicans to side with them. It was a gamble that failed since moderate Republicans are either generally checked out from politics entirely or have become maga.

Threaten to punish wall st. And genuinely mean that shyt including having smoke for people within your own party that don't do that enough. JB pritzker is a literal billionare and even HE gets this and is willing to get aggressive on Republicans and people in his own party who lack the backbone to call these pieces of shyt out. The public wants their enemies punished and they want government to improve their lives. Democrats benefit from the corporate dominance because many of them are greedy as fukk and will take the AIPAC and other lobby money.

If Jon Stewart were to run, he would win the nomination easily.

And if he didn’t, he could split off the Democratic platform, run as an independent and still win. He’s that popular among liberals.

But Stewart has always said he has zero interest in running for office. And I believe him.

Pushing him to run is just a mental exercise. It won’t happen.
Still win what?

I'm not voting for no Toucan who talked shyt about black americans at any point in their life.

He tried to dog out black folks in Cali for not being down with the Gay Agenda, tut-tutting them for not allowing themselves to be force team'd. Our conditions are not the same, nor will they ever be.

Regardless of whether or not he runs, he won't have my vote.

As I told y'all back in November after Trump won:

THE DEMOCRATIC PARTY HAS NOTHING

NOTHING

All they have are taxes and feelings

Taxes and feelings will work for a while, but not forever.

And Barrack Obama is not walking through that door. This is the problem really, the DNC doesn't understand that BO was a transcendent figure and you can't replicate that. People like that only come around every once and a while.

So they keep trying to recapture that feeling and that movement but you can't fake the funk.

The American people might not be the sharpest tacks but we're not stupid.

Trump approval ratings are low yeah sure...the Dems approval ratings are even LOWER because the people realize that they don't have a plan and they don't have any ideas other than "We're not Trump" and the aforementioned taxes and feelings.

No message, no direction, no ACTUAL platform to speak of.

Just Bernie and AOC rallies and trying to convince people that gentrification is good, cars are bad, and that being a woman is simply an aesthetic or a feeling.
